Who here has had one done?
What did it tell you and do you feel it helped supplementation (knowing mineral levels)?

IME + training they are not easy + straightforward to interpret + make recommendations from.
Also depends on which labs test, where the hair is cut from + if the labs wash the hair.
May also be complicated if the supplements recommended are from a company the lab has adeal with.
And some bad substances, like lead, are hidden till the body is ready to release them.

Besides AK not really sure. And that depends on how the questions are worded.
Some mins are in blood, some more in cells.

Do you take a mineral supplement on a daily/weekly basis?
I'm hoping to supplement chromium soon to help with hypoglycemia... but I'd rather take a multi-mineral if possible.
