I included this in my list on your other thread. Or as I said there you could just try apple cider vinegar in water with meals first to see if that helps. Probably start with maybe 1/2 teaspoon and could work up to 2 or 3 teaspoons. If you take too much it will burn or cause indigestion. Just drink more water or milk to neutralize the acid if it does not agree with you.

Street I would get a CDSA from Genova labs before you start randomly taking digestive supplements. That test helps determine if you have bacteria, if you need enzymes, etc. Just ask your LLMD to order it for you, I know they have the kits there in the office, you take the kit home, poop in a lil cup, mail it off and you'll get results in a few weeks your LLMD can help discuss.

I take it, as directed by my ND (not my LLMD doc). As we "age", we make less of it. I am using it as part of my osteoporosis regimen, along with K2, strontium, and calcium/magnesium bone complex supplements. Lack of HCL can be a factor in the development of osteoporosis.
That's just an FYI for ya. Take care.
