what doctor would you see if you are having problems with your digestive system.

a dr. that can help me with keeping my food in my body and not come out within my stool.

beside a GI Doctor, he is a waste, he dont listen to me, i have to pay money for someone to hear my issue.

A Gluten-Free diet would be the first step. Remarkable improvements have been experienced and most LLMDs want the patients to be gluten-free, anyway. There are many good reasons for this.

If you need help on getting started on that there have been dozens of threads. Just search "gluten" or "celiac" and you find great ideas.

i hardly eat, i eat stew/bake chicken... i juice my greens, i eat brown rice, and that is what is showing up. i dont have anything else to eat, and this is what i eat for breakfast, lunch and dinner,

sometimes i would buy chinese food. curry chicken with brown rice and broccoli, nothing else at no time..

i know you will tell me to stop buying chinese food. well that is how i eat when i havent cook.

when i do cook, its organic chicken and brown rice. thats it in a nut shell.

I'm not sure why you keep mentioning your "fetus".. do you know that a fetus is an unborn baby??

I would suggest an ACAM doc or a nutritionist.

http://www.acam.org

Or supplements which might help include ox bile, betaine hydrocholirde (or just try apple cider vinegar in water) and digestive enzymes such as pancreatin. Hubby takes all 3 supplements.

If food is coming thru undigested then you probably have a deficiency in some of the essential digestive enzymes and may also have a candida overgrowth.

A CDSA (Comprehensive Digestive Stool Analysis) from Genova Diagnostics or the complete Gastrointesinal Panel from Diagnostechs would probably be helpful. But those tests can cost a couple of hundred dollars each and insurance doesn't pay much on them -- would have to pay upfront and then file yourself with your insurance company.

Just about any ACAM doc would know about at least one of those 2 labs.

OMG! TuTu I think he is trying to say feces, not fetus but I cant be too certain.

I needed the laugh,, sorry Street. This forum is in massive need of some humor these days.

Anyway, GI's deal with GI problems. Dont talk to them about Lyme, they dont listen or have a clue what you mean! I mean, you can educate them, but dont expect much. There IS a Lyme literate GI on Long Island if you want the name PM me Street.

Glad to hear of a LL GI specialist.

Your LLPA should be able to guide you, too. He would know about a Gluten-Free diet, too. Really, that can make a tremendous improvement in GI problems. I was amazed. Others have been, too.

You are welcome! Have something to eat, like some whole grain pasta, sweet potatoes, something along with protein. You might be cutting TOO much out of your diet. Also, next time you see your LLMD ask for a food allergy test from metametrix, will help your GI system, That and the CDSA from Genova labs.

Meanwhile, eat what you can and dont be too paranoid about it, just dont binge on candy and ice cream or donuts and you will be ok.
