ok, tried the search thingie and couldn't find this specific topic, so here i am gang.
my spleen is killing me. well at least i think it's spleen, right under my (looking down) left rib. arrghhh, the pain. taking a deep breath hurts and laying down is much worse. feels like somebody is stabbing me with a knife.
so can you detox a specific organ, like spleen, or should you just do a general overall body detox? or is there such a thing as whole body detox?
or would it be too hard on your organs if they're already pushed to the max?

I never found anything to help with the spleen pain other than painkillers.

My spleen area felt like a punching bags for years. It wasn't until I stopped abx and started heavy duty detox programs that the pain went away.
I did a total body detox called a 7 day cleanse. No food, just liquids/drinks and tons of supps for 7 days. OMG, day two and three were pure hell. Not from not having food. Even my brain was detoxing. I did this under the care of a naturopathic doc. Much too radical to do on ones own.
It was from the most horrible herx times 2. Day 6 I started preparing homemade broths to start eating the next day and I lost my will power.
I remember (6 yrs ago) a feeling of wellness after completely detoxing my whole body. It only lasted for a few weeks and then everything came flooding back in.
Screaming spleen is just another way our body says help me.
