I tried it, but never really used it consistently. I was also wondering and asked about it recently on here. I don't think I got too many responses.

I have 2 bottles of the one you mentioned and have considered using it, but like I said, I really never gave it a chance to have an opinion about it.

No, actually I had heard about it on another lyme group. I had read Dr. Lloyd's article about it as a binder and wanted to try it out. However, I was taking so many things when I ordered it that I just never really fit it into my routine at the time.

Yes, I can't imagine that more people did not or are not using it. I thought it worked a lot like Questran (not sure if that is the right name).

How did you hear about it? Did you try it yet?

I got it from my MD.I am having some new old symptoms pop up and not sure if its it, doing it.I did hear that these can shake things up. This is suppose to be gentler than the drug. I am stopping for a day or 2 to see if this is what causing symptoms.

Do you happen to have Dr Lloyds article? My Md mentioned it and he said he heard lots about it at a seminar last weekend. I do know its suppose to work like the drug but much gentler and if I remember right the drug one can cause constipation.

I have just started using it. I have not noticed any serious responses, but I have started HEEL detox around the same time.

I suspect it can only be good for the body given it's phytosterols.

I'm taking it with my regular medications. There are simply too many things, too many meals and such to separate everything from everything.

Whether it works this way, I won't know. It also may decrease the effectiveness of my prescription drugs, but it's a risk I'm taking.

I'm only taking two per day. 1 in the morning and 1 at night. If anyone has a different dose, let me know why and who told you to take more or less.

I was told to take it after meals, someone else told me they r taking it 1/2 hr before meals. I already take chlorella and Neuro-Antotox 30 min before meals. Not to be taken with A,E or other oils. Thanks Maureen and Metallic Blue. I think my brain cleared but heavy confusion back.

I think when I talked to others they also said to take it on an empty stomach. I was wondering if it could be taken the same time as other things I take on empty stomach (like serrapeptase, probiotics)

I am pretty sure others were using 2, 2x a day at that time that I read and first tried it a couple of years ago, but I don't remember for certain.
