I have listed my range of symptoms and being that I have to work WED, THURS, FRI I cant call my doctors.

I felt decent yesterday, but ended up not being able to sleep at all so I took a xanax .25mg. Im not good on medicines but I have to sleep. Today I feel like absolute crap.

I still havent gotten a lyme diagnosis the waiting is killing me. Is there anything I can do in the mean time. Supplements anything to make me feel better?

I started taking a few B12 micro lozenges a day and felt better till I took that stupid xanax last night it has wrecked my day.

I was thinking about buying some epsom salt I heard it is a good way to get magnesium. I bought some magneisium supplements at duane reade but they have a tendency to make me feel worse.

Thanks
Alex

I take vitamin E, C, and coconut oil. Small dibs to start.

I would always get copies of test results. And pics of any rashes you get. Many like me have been told negative when in fact it was Lyme.

The Epsom salts we do is for soaking. I did it at least 3 times a week early on in treatment. I have found a heat pad on areas with the worst

symptoms help too. Like upper arms/shoulders. You have to be careful because sometimes in Lyme it will not be felt to be as hot as it actually is

in those spots as the nerves are effected. Move it to another area and it can be burning hot/but in another felt as slightly warm...

If you think it is going to come back positive you can plan now for ready to eat meals, pop the can, frozen dinners, etc.

As most get a lot worse on treatment before you get better. I also like the electrolyte drink mixes to replace the ones lost when you start

killing the bugs. The same ones they make for vomiting and diarrhea will work the same for our cell loss. I am sure lots of others will chime in too.
