Many Morgellons patients are testing positive for Lyme. Thought this might be interesting for all... and some good LLMD's are speaking there too.
The 2010 conference on Morgellons in Austin is one week away! Registration details are available on the website at www.thenmo.org
You may also register the day of the conference as long as space is available.
Check out the speaker line-up:

My sister was diagnosed with morgellons before I was diagnosed with Lyme. It causes really nasty lesions.
When I was diagnosed with Lyme, I really knew nothing about it. Later, we found out the two could be connected.
Now guess who also has Lyme disease??? We're both sick. She has more viral problems (chronic EBV, herpes, etc), but is not as debilitated like myself. She still goes to school in Oregon, but she says the brain fog makes it very hard.

(CDC) has received an increased number of inquiries from the public, health care providers, public health officials, Congress, and the media regarding this condition.
You guys I have read articles that I don't have links to that say that Morgellons Disease is increasing very rapidly. The only positive that can be taken from it is that hopefully research will overlap to help lyme patients.
From what I have read the two best things to combat it is nutrasilver and salt.

I do know it is not tested for in blood samples so many can receive it from receiving blood.
Also from the article I read awhile back they think it could turn into major health problem. Need to go find the story and reread it.
