I was thinking of ordering these just to try them and see if it helps my fatigue....the price is great, and they are good, active forms of two B vitamins.
I already do methyl B12 shots, but these will be active folate and active B6.
Did anyone here see a noticable difference with these supps?
Thanks!

I have never used that site before, but I saw they had a lot of good brands.
I heard about the 5-mthf by Thorne on another site, actually, it was mothering.com's forums (i like the site because they have some good nutrition stuff).
Thorne also has a couple blends that include those active forms....but the doses are lower in the supp, so I figured I could get more by buying these separately in a non-"blend." I can't remember what the blend's name was.

I noticed last night they also sell Thorne at www.iherb.com.
It is a little more expensive there than naturamart, but since I was ordering other things from iherb, I went with iherb.

I take the vitamin B12 and B6 subcutaneous injections. It helps me alot as I found out my body is not using the B vitamins as it should. I feel more energy. Mine are ordered through my LLMD who sends in the order to the compounding pharmacy. It has made a difference for me, but most likely because my body does not absorb these vitamins properly. My LLMD told me it could be genetic but I also read online sometimes it could be caused by antibiotics taken long term. No matter what caused it I just feel better taking it.

Thanks! I'm looking into this. Good price!
I's kind of a complicated subject. I'm trying to study it more.
