does anyone know what is the normal range for this, my daughter's llmd order it and it came back 455, she says anything over 450 is abnormal. Called her pcp today and she said it was normal range and that she would not let her see a cardiologist. I am very concerned about this., what is the normal range for a girl 22 years old????

If no one here knows, I would suggest Googling it.

- Most doctors don't do the tests right or know how to interpret but I think you are right to be concerned. Most doctors have no clue as to the complexity of this. Your LLMD may be able to refer her to a LL cardiologist.
Get a copy of that test for your personal file, too.
First, go through the info. literature on all meds she is taking. Some meds alter the QT rhythm. That matters.
If she startles, she should NOT have an alarm clock that sharply buzzes. Any family history of sudden death? More in the thread I'll be back with.
PBS had a wonderful program about that. I'll see if I can find the links. Also Paul Cheney, the "CFS" doctor and a Dr. Arnold Peckerman did lots of research - you can cross-google them with QT in the meantime.
Okay - Here's that thread. A lot of good stuff here but still do a search for updated materials since these were posted:
