Is there anybody out there willing to share kefir grains with me, or let me know where I can purchase them reasonably? I am looking to start my own sauerkraut and kefir.

I think I might have some. If I don't, I have plenty of friends that can give me some. PM me with your address and I will send them.

You need different grains for the milk vs. veggies. I'll see if I can round up some for veggies too. I don't have any of those.

I have a good friend who teaches classes on kefiring. She probably has some.

I don't have any to share unfortunately, but in my signature is a link with various info on making kefir and my easy sauerkraut recipe. Enjoy, it's a nice food to get into your diet!
