Does Medicare ever cover IVs of antibiotics for lyme and coinfections?
My husband will be going on Medicare and he will have prescription and supplement insurance.
Any information about Medicare and treatment will be greatly appreciated.

As far as I know it does if it is done in a doctor's office or outpatient IV center, some hospitals offer this. Home IV, I have heard would have to be covered under Part D, the Rx coverage.
