I have an awful lot going on so it's no surprise I'm down, but someone mentioned Rifampin also can add to it.

Does Rifmapin make you feel depressed? It is not listed as a side effect that I can see anywhere. Anyone know?

I agree with djf2005. Rifampin hits bartonella hard and the die-off from that can be intensely emotional.
