I am getting Bicillin shots twice a week: I have no problem with getting the shots, but find that a day or so afterwards the sites get sore, hard, and actually itch a bit. They are not red or inflamed or swollen looking, but seems to take a week for each lump to resolve. Anybody else experience the itching? I guess I am a bit worried that it is an allergic reaction, but hope it is just irritation. Any thoughts welcome

The lumps are normal. You are injecting the med into the muscle, thus forming a lump. As it disburses, the lump goes down.
I did a Google search on Bicillin and itching. It seems they want you to tell the doc about this side effect. This is probably a precaution in case you are experiencing an allergic reaction. So, I hope you tell your doc.
If the itching is mild, that is fine. One site said you could take Benadryl for the mild itching.
You may want to search on your own and get more info.
