I have some leftover Diflucan and I've been feeling yeasty lately, so I want to do 7-10 days of it to see if it helps.
In the past, my current and past LLMD have both prescribed this to me when I'm feeling kinda yeast-y.
I'm just wondering what dose I should take. One of my bottles is for 100 mg daily for 10 days, and the other is for 200 mg daily for 7 days.
This is intended not as prevention, but to clean me out, so to speak. I know there are natural ways of doing this, but I'd rather just do the Diflucan right now.
What dose have you guys taken in the past for this sort of thing? I am leaning towards doing the 100 mg daily.
Thanks!
