I noticed my blood pressure is all over the place and my HR is irregular during a herx. Its my main herx symptom. Does this happen to anyone else?

Yes. Mepron, zithromax, and lariam combination for babesia had my blood pressure sky high. Herxing as far as I was concerned because my blood pressure is now back down to a tolerable value.

I even had a general practitioner agree to this possibility, but she is little more open-minded than your standard GP. She did want me to keep an eye on it for a couple of weeks after I quit one of the meds and report back to her if it didn't drop. Thankfully, it did.
