I am so tired and sleepy. Although fatigue comes along with my POTS dx, it feels more extreme since starting antibiotics. Are either doxy or rifampin know for this? Thanks.

Rifampin lowers cortisol and also thyroid hormone.

Are you on any thyroid meds?

I went more hypothyroid on Rifampin.

Not sure what my cortisol levels are, but i suspect they are even lower then they were before Rifampin.
