I was out in my garden for less than 20 minutes this Sunday and found a brown tick on me Monday morning. We removed it and kept it ( although this one is not as small as the one that gave me LD).
Now the bite is hard in the middle, extremely itchy, hurts and has a hard middle. Any remedies to stop the itching and pain?
I pray this little bugger didn't have any junk in him like the one 3 years ago!
Any help is appreciated.

Try Domeboro astringent solution. You can buy it in drug stores.
You mix a packet of the powder with water and apply with a cloth. It is very soothing for insect bites and anything that irritates the skin--poison ivy, athlete's foot, rashes, etc.

Are you going to go back to your LLMD? Take some doxy? Get the tick tested? Don't wait!
