I need some suggestions for vitiamins that I should take for my Lyme. I'm starting my anti biotics now, so I would like to get started on the vitamins as soon as possible. Names of brands and quantity would be great. Thanks!

when i started treatment i was on all of dr b's recomended suplements. not anymore. i found they made me feel worse and made my urnin look like a neon light and smell worse.

maybe they help some but looking back i shoud not have wasted my money on them.

i now take a organic vegitable multivit. milkthistle. probiotics. ole. oiloforegeno. elderberry extract. laurcidin. zinc. i doubt any of these are doing much but at least the herds dont make me feel bad and many others say they have success from them.

what does your LLMD recommend? i would prob go with his opinion.
