Is anyone taking this? If so, which is the best to take - bee pollen, royal jelly or propolis or all three?

I have heard bee pollen has a antimicrobial effect and wonder if it can help with lyme, coinfections.

Please share any experience or info you have.

Thanks,

tickbattler

Just be sure to never take bee pollen on an empty stomach. It can create stomach cramps and flu felling to the max. It took me two times before I figured that out.

Thanks Keebler. Did you take only bee pollen or did you take the other stuff too?
Thanks,

I LOVE Royal Jelly. It helped me feel stronger when I took it years ago. Propolis - as a spray is great for a sore throat. It's also a nice help for gum disease.

Propolis is usually with other things as part of a formula. I don't think any of these really address spirochetes to the full body and brain extent but propolis can sure be a good team player. It's also anti-fungal. Take away from probiotics.

They are all different. I think propolis in my case, is the most widespread killer and easy to take (you can use on skin, and take a few drops of it a day and it will help on killing some viruses, some bacteria and some fungi).

I took it long term and now only take it when I feel I'll catch a cold.

I took royal jelly to boost my immune system, and liked it. But stopped taking it after lyme got to remission.

Bee pollen, it can work wonderful for some pathogens, I mix it with honey usually or water. But I took it less than both above. Some people though swear by it.

Again: different people, different diseases, different treatment. I guess you got to try by your own to discover what you like most. They are all different.

Add bee venom to it (wonderful killer) and bee venom homeopathic (cheaper and easy to use than injected bee venom). It is also a good killer, I mean, the homeopathic version.

-forgot to say, bee venon homeopathic is called Apisinum in Europe. I used it to the D6 potency. Just beware if you are allergic as it is not too diluted!
