Floraster and Theralac were recommended in previous posts, but I noticed on the Floraster web site, it states that if you have a yeast allergy, not to use the product.
Anyone have any insight on this? Anyone else sensitive to yeast? I can't eat baker's or nutritional yeast without major gastrointestinal issues, so taking a probiotic with yeast could spell disaster. Anyone?
