There is, but the good news is there's also a really good LLMD about 1 1/2 hours from there in West Caldwell, NJ (Dr. F). (Don't let my current location fool you! lol I'm a Jersey girl!) If you want her information send me a private message. :-)

I can't offer you any advise about Lyme being there, but I can tell you what a wonderful town it is, I spent every summer there growing up and wouldn't trade my memories of the beach and boardwalk for anything in the world! Wish I was there now. Good luck to you.

Yes there is and that is most likely where I got it. Rabies - you must be in Pt. Pleasant Beach then, not Point Pleasant Borough. And there's 2 LLMD'S much closer. Welcome to the hood!

lyme is everywhere in NJ!
met a whole family from POint Pleasant at my llmd's office this year...so you cannot hide form it....
MOst likely most Americans have lyme...but many do not have symptoms. Symptoms come out in people who have other underlying conditions...usually a high toxin load.
so where ever you live, do not worry about it...just be proactive to protect yourself from future tick bites, and work on detoxifying your body of parasites, heavy metals, fungus/candida/mold/ bacteria/viruses...get balanced.....so your immune system will take care of the bugs for you.
learn to live free both mentally and physically.
