Hi...I was diagnosed a few months ago and have been working with an LLMD thanks to much help from this board. I'm happy to say the majority of my symptoms seem to be clearing up. The one thing I have been unable to get rid of is a maddening deep itch in my fingers and toes. It almost feels like its under the nails. Occasionally it will include my tongue and lips as well. I'm wondering if anyone else experienced this symptom and if so how long it took to respond to the ABX?

Yes. It is a deep itch-felt like to the bone.

The pains started diminishing around 4mths. and

itching ceased around 8mths. Hope that helps.

But not everyone is the same.

Just know it will get better, but may take a while.

Thanks Pinelady. The itching has been the one symptom I've had every day and it's always in the same locale. It's been by far the worst part. I had began to wonder if it was caused by something else liver issue, anxiety etc. Which I guess would still be as a result of the Lyme

Pancreas is another itching cause but most of those

cases by the time it starts itching-show liver

involvement. And it is usually wide spread.
