Look into the Chaga mushroom, same sort of thing. Been used since the 50's in Russia to prevent/treat cancer effectively.
Does Western medicine mention such a thing or will it ever? Noooo. Keep 'em sick on toxic drugs instead.

Dan,
you think it protects from cancer. There is a group for LDN. Pm me if you need the link.

LDN is used as a Cancer treatment, as it ramps up the immune system to do the fighting. Sometimes it is also used with Alpha Lipoic Acid for Cancer.
Some people with a family history of Cancer take LDN to prevent an occurrence. I take it for Crohn's disease.
It actually can work with just about any autoimmune condition, and is about as safe as a drug can get, at the low dosage used.
Like the Blushwood, it has low risk and a good potential benefit. That is pretty much my preference for disease treatment.

If it works for Crohn's, do you think it works for divertikulitis as well?

If it is thought it may be an autoimmune disease, or if an immune system dysfunction is involved, it is possible that LDN will help. It works about 80% of the time for Crohn's, but I do not know the stats for other diseases.
I am sorry, but I seemed to have accidentally derailed this Blushwood thread. Does anyone have any more information on this topic?
