This group treats cfs, fms and other maladys as well as Lyme. They were referred to me last year for Lyme and was wondering if anyone has any experience with them.

Just trying to help my girlfriend for her daughter. She wanted to go the conventional route to see if her pcp could come up with an answer for her being sick.

She is now ready to see if she has Lyme disease. Any info greatly appreciated. So far I like the feedback I received for Dr. H. on another thread.

Thanks for any help,

Gael

I wouldn't recommend this group.

He is mainly into hormone therapy as a cause for CFS and other diseases. Wouldn't even go there for CFS, unless the underlying cause was hormonal.

Is your friend in So Cal? There is an llmd in San Diego, Dr. Y.

Thank you for the info. It was my feeling as well, but it was recommended by another person with Lyme and though I would look into it.

My friend is in So Calif and Dr H was recommended to me on another thread and he follows Burrascano, Klinghardt guidlines. Sounds Good.

Thanks Again.

Gael

What part of Southern CA?

There is Dr. Y in San Diego and there is another Dr. in Orange county.

I can't think of her name. I'm sure you could find the name. Those are about the only LLMDs in southern CA.

No No No. They are NOT llmds. Even if they say they are. they take thousands of your dollars for all their supps. There is a Dr. B in OC who is great and doesn't have a long waiting list and one in LA. If you want his info just PM me. Hope this helps.

i went to them for my cfs/fibro before i accepted the lyme possiblity. they did test me for lyme but they used the elisa test. i wouldn't go to them for lyme unless there isn't a LLMD near by.
i wasn't very impressed with them, better then a general MD who doesn't know much about chronic health problems but not great and they are expensive.
