O.K. Yesterday after I finished a Reiki session, one of the masters came out of the room to tell me I need to get coconut oil right away, to start detoxing.
They know I have lyme, she was pretty sure of herself, so I thought what the hell, I just ate a tbls.,,problem is I can't remember how often or what dosage she said.
But on the bright side if it doesn,t work it's good for putting in your hair and on your skin. Does anyone do this??

I think coconut oil has antifungal properties. I don't know about the detox but I love coconut oil. I use it in my cooking, used to use as a spread on bread. It does tastes good.

Yes, I put c. oil all over my legs when I get out of the shower. Makes skin very soft. Smells good too!

But what about eating it for detox? I'm not gonna put 14 grams of extra fat in my mouth ev. day if it's not doing anything. I have all the fat I want. ;)

Coconut oil is antifungal, antibacterial and antiparasitic. You can take 2-3 tablsps a day in divided doses, but start slow to see how you react.
