My daughter is taking liquid 2.5mg LDN for CD/UC very successfully.
Since I have access, is this something that I should try?
Currently taking doxy, milk thistle, bad rash, joint, neuro, dizzy, gasping for air when falling asleep, miserable today.

What is CD/UC?
Gasping for air sounds like Babesia.
Are you on treatment for Tick-Borne Illnesses?? It sure sounds like you have them!

I think all Lyme patients should try LDN at some point. I feel it has helped my immune system better recognize Lyme.
Though realize that you can't take LDN with certain meds, like certain pain relievers, etc. I think.
When I hear "gasping for air when falling asleep", to me, that sounds like it could be some kind of sleep disorder (though I don't know that for a fact). So maybe do some research on the internet, or see a sleep specialist.
It sounds to me like your nervous system isn't controlling your body's automatic (aka autonomic) functions when you start to sleep, which could also mean you have things like sleep apena (the one that isn't obstructive, called central sleep apnea). I dunno, to me it just sounds like a warning sign, the gasping while falling asleep. It sounds like your autonomic nervous system is shutting down.
That is just a guess, I am not a doctor, and I don't know any of this from experience....just giving my two cents. I would think if it was babesia related, you would get it at other times too. So I am thinking it has something to do with sleep.
Anyways, that is all off-topic. I would ask your doctor about the LDN. I take 4.5 mg/night.
