I was given Mepron to take and Flagel everyother day for babesia. I have been reading here that you need to take another ABX with it? Do you have to and if so I wonder why my Doc didn't give anything else with it. I have not seen anyone taking Flagel with it?

typically, azithromyacin is given with Mepron, to keep the Babesea from developing resistance to the Mepron.
And, yes, some people have found sucess getting rid of Babs by taking Mepron/zith with flagyl.
The herb artemesea is also a good thing to add.
