I've been looking into rife for over a year and have finally received both machines within weeks of each other.
I'm wondering if anyone else has these machines and if so how you use them. Most info in the Rife support thread is much more advanced and confusing than I need right now.
Is anyone willing to help me here or PM me and lead me through the basic beginning? I need moral support!
Thanks!

Are you familiar with these machines and how to set them up and use them? I know you have a ton of experience but it seems too advanced for my machines and for my brain!
So far I have just tried the nerve and detox settings on the NRR. I need to ease into this because of family events coming up in the next week. I can't herx for a week or two...
First of all, are there any other settings I should use that will help my body prepare for when I start the Lyme frequency's?
I'm thinking to stick with one machine for a bit and then add the other one in? Or should I do the same frequency's on both machines on different days? Will the nerve/detox affect me different on the two machines?

- I know this at least: "Or should I do the same frequency's on both machines on different days?"
No - at least not for any that affect infection. Maybe support setting but definitely never for infection settings as that would be dangerous for your liver and kidneys. For instance, for lyme, treatment should be 12 days a part at a certain amount of time. More than that can damage liver and kidneys from die-off.
good luck with this. I'm sure others will be along. Also be sure to refer to your book, Rosner's Rife book - and the notes from the manufacturers.
There's also a very extensive thread here on Rife - support - you should find it in the first 3 or 4 pages of medical forum. -

Faith6 -- Do a search for posts by SpringShowers.
She uses her rife for Detox and has a list of frequencies on her posts.
I would also suggest ordering Bryan Rosners Book.
The Rife Thread here is your best bet for info. I am guessing that a lot of your questions will be answered.

Keebler, Thanks! Rife is so different from normal medical that I am afraid I feel I need someone to hold my hand as I get started.... I have also read most the rife thread. I probably need to reread it...
asummers, I found some of the detox info from SpringShowers. That looks like a good place to start. Thanks!
I have the Bryan Rosner books and have read them.
I was hoping I could communicate with others that have these exact machines so I can figure out the technicalities. When I'm told in the instructions to turn off the generator switch I get lost right there!

I have a DT EMEM 5A. Do you have specific questions about it? I'm not up to trying to guess what you want to know )
My DT machine came with a sheet of instructions and a diagram of all the parts. If you didn't receive this, it would be best to call or write DT and ask for one. If you still have questions, perhaps he would walk you through the operation on the phone with the machine in front of you.
It's not very technical. Plug it in, set the first frequency you want to use (using the precautions noted) by pressing on the little tabs on the blue box, turn on the main power switch, and then turn on the switch on the blue box--the filament in the glass tube will glow so you know it's working.
I was advised by someone who was using the same model to start with very short times, like 15 seconds per frequency. I increased by 15 seconds each time I used the machine, which was every 2 weeks.
If you have major herxes, don't increase your times so quickly.
I don't know what NoRiftRife means. Some kind of treatment program to follow? Sorry, not familiar with that info.
Hope this helps, Nutmeg
