I started taking MilkThistle yesterday, I felt very thirsty after 2 or 3 hours and did not notice that until today when I felt the same thing after taking it. Is this common or something to worry about.
Thank you, Barb

This is an extremely rare side effect, and most often related to dosage. Try taking half (or less) of what you are currently taking.
If you still experience thirst, it may be a side effect that is specific to you. Discontinue and choose another liver support supplement.

That's a very small dose. If it's standardized, that's more concentrated. You could open the capsule and pour half into water, or try a different brand.
If I were you, I'd switch to Curcumin, Alpha Lipoic Acid, or glutathione precursors for liver support.
