Yes, I need information on this doctor if you are using him.

My very best FRIEND is sick for more than a year, recently I told her about the Lyme disease and noticed how she rolled her eyes. She suspects that she is having allergies, chemical sensitivities, yeast et cetra et cetra et cetra. So I was reading the website of Dr.V,who tests for allergies, chemical sensitivities and bunch of others.

I am going to tell my friend about this Doctor saying that he may be right fit for her. If I get good feedback about him.

(Note: I am concerned that she may have Lyme but did not admit. So I don't want to put pressure on her but want to show a way of finding through a doctor. I can't see her suffering.)

Thank you,
Barb

I don't know if he is an LLMD or not. The list of doctors I got from this website does have his name.In my research I read that he had diagnosed Lyme in one patient.

Never heard of him.. why send her to a non-LLMD?

There is a female dr whose name begins with "A".. but she is also not an LLMD... supposedly Lyme "friendly".. whatever that means or is worth. (nothing in my book)

PS... dxing ONE person with Lyme doesn't cut it for me.

I don't want to send her to a non- LLMD.When she told me she is sick I told her about the Lyme disease and the LLMDs and she looked at me as if I am a freak and I am not able to convince her. I am not concerned about how she reacted. I want to get her better.

I will PM his full name.

eightybarb,
Go to the ILADS website and get a referral for an LLMD from there. You'll have to type an email under 'contact us' for a referral in your area and they will email you back.

I personally wouldn't go to a Dr that is not an ILADS affiliate or, at the very least, follows ILADS treatment guidelines.
Best,
Murphync
