Supposed to burn? I asked in my other post but am afraid it is being lost because of the dentist question and I really want an answer.
My hands and feet feel a little better after the detox, not as swollen, not AS painful. But not all better of course.
But while I was doing the detox and for up to an hour afterwards my hands and feet were burning. Not a doxy feeling burn. Like burning inside and out. I don't know how to explain the burning sensation other than a burning feeling.
Is it normal? Is this how I know it is working? I was afraid maybe I would break out in a rash since I have sensitive skin but that didn't happen. The burning eventually went away but not because I did something to make it better, everything I tried didn't work.
Sorry to post another thread I just really want an answer so I know whether I should do it again or not. I have weird sensations when I do the detox bath as well, not burning, just tingling and weird.
How often are you supposed to do the foot and epson bath detox? Once a day, once a week, what?
