When I go to my alternative and get a foot bath, or infrared, ozone treatment she tells me not to take a bath that day. What do you think of the foot baths and what else are you doing. I started Cats Claw a little over a week ago and I am having a major flare-up. GodBless Theresa

The foot bath really seemed to help the inflamation and pain. My feet and hands were just burning a lot.
Husband thinks it's the pepper in the bath, which it very well could be. But it didn't start burning until about the 20 mins mark.
I am thinking I'll do the foot bath today and the regular epsom bath tomorrow, then so on and so forth.
I'm switching to the amoxy/probencid (spell???) in a couple of days and there is a huge interaction with my naproxen which I need. My joints are inflammed bad WITH the naproxen, I can't imagine how bad they are going to be without it so I'm going to have to find something else that will help.
I bought the cat's claw just a few mins ago. Thinking of trying that protocol but put a call into my LLMD about my inflammation problem and the protocol and just waiting to hear back now.
