I am on the therapeutic diet which abstains from
sugars including honey (the only sweetener I used)
Anyone know if stevia is ok on this type of diet?

- Yes. Stevia is fine. Get pure. SweetLeaf and Trader Joe's brands are good. Truvia is not at all what it says it is, other stuff is added.
A very tiny amount goes a long way. Very tiny amount.
I find the SweetLeaf liquid is easiest to measure, a drop is often just the right amount. -
