I had thought from what I had read, it would either make you feel better or do nothing.
Maybe the way I feel has nothing to do with it, but I just seem to be a little depressed, and no drive to do anything.
Thanks guys for any help.

- You probably have the drive or you'd not be wanting to know how to get the tires moving.
Others seem to do well (as long as it's not the "lite" versions with aspartame as some get by mistake). But I had a horrible time with it in many regards.
It may be taking out too many good minerals from your body. If magnesium &/or calcium gets too low, depression and fatigue can swell, big time.
Can you alternate days - and on the off days be sure to get your nutrients? You can take Fish Oil everyday, though, just not at the same time as C. Maybe let the fish oil stay in your mouth as long as you can for better absorption.
and, right now, I just want to thank my grade school teachers for teaching my phonics. I use phonics to figure out words for every sentence. -

It's not the "lite", I made sure of that. I do get in some cal-mag everyday, just wonder if there are other minerals I should be worried abot. I pee about every 15 min and that's not even drinking all they say you should.
Thanks for replying, it is appreciated!

Thank you six. I have read some, but not all. According to him, you take it 3x a day. I find that to be impossible if you are taking any meds or supps at all. I guess that's why I quit reading his material.

Charlie told us in chat several times, that when he took cholestyramine that the awful neuropathic pain in his feet improved.
Apparently it was absorbing neurotoxins from the liver in the gut, before they could be reabsorbed into the bloodstream.
