I figured out after being on resveratrol, eleuthero and cats claw for 4 weeks that the cats claw was causing a terrible herx.

I stopped it for 3 days and it happened to be over the weekend and I was able to enjoy the weekend. I felt so much better.

Would it be ok to do this every weekend for a while? I've been on it two days now and feel terrible again.

I've asked q's on Planet Thrive and it took a month for a reply for the first one and still waiting for the second answer.

I haven't even ramped up yet. Am still on 1 three times a day.

I think you are supposed to take a break once in a while but I don't think it is every week. I know how you feel but personally I stick with it until I feel a lot better before I take any breaks.

(Big sigh) I know you're right. I know I should keep going. It's just that I just finished 3 months of abx before this and felt bad most of that time.

I thought the herbs were going to be gentler!
