So...just bought some milk thistle. Think it may be wise to start taking it.

When is the best time? in the AM or before bed?

5/10 dx'd, after 3 months numerous test and doctors

Probably before bed as the chinese meridian clock has the liver rebuilding time is 1 to 3 AM as I understand it.

I've been taking mine in divided doses at the start of my meals 3x/day because i understood it to be "with food." Anyone know the biochem of this herb to tell us what's best?
