I'm so tired waking up feeling confused every morning I know that I'm lucky to sleep and don't wake up in pain, but I haven't felt in my own skin in months. Sounds sick, I know but for those that get this what do you do?

Have you gone gluten free yet? This diet change helped my brain fog/confusion more than anything else that I tried.
