I swear, I don't remember sweating like this in previous years.
I'm not talking just about outside, as this is where I do sweat most. But even with the AC on full blast in the house, I'm finding that if I vacuum or just tidy up the house, I start sweating bad and then I sit in front of a fan thats over the AC vent.
All of this cool air rushing over me and it takes an hour just to cool down.
Now if I'm outside, I will heat up much quicker, but with the same results.
I've always been a sweater, but I don't remember it ever being like this.
Of course, I'm staying hydrated with this. Just weird this year.
Any thoughts or similar experiences ?

I don't have sweating issues, so maybe some others can offer their experiences with TBI sweats.
But, my husband has symptoms just as you describe, inside, outside. We disagree about ac all the time. As far as we know he doesn't have TBI. For him, these symptoms are attributed to an awful spell of heat exhaustion he had years ago, which predisposes him to higher sensitivity to warm temps.
Take care.

Once you get your autonomic nervous system back into sync, sympathetics balanced with parasympathetics, you will heat up and cool down normally again.
It takes time. Allergie Immun will help your system to regulate again as it should. But again, it takes time.
Dr.K. wrote his doctoral thesis on the Autonomic Nervous System --- almost 40 years ago - ask your doctor - he/she should be able to explain.
Take care.
P.S. I experienced the same - just as you describe. Long gone.
