Topic: Taking Diflucan for the next few days. Is it pointless to continue the Florastor?

I don't want to waste them if they are not going to work. I know that diflucan can stay in the body for a few days..
What do you guys think?

Yes. The Diflucan will just kill off the beneficial yeast that is the Florastor. Wait until the Diflucan is finished up before you re-start it. You can take probiotics though.
