Hi. Wondering if anyone has good or bad experiences with Infuserve America. I'm moving to IV antibiotics, and the cost is...unreal. It also looks like my insurance's response to providing coverage is coming down to "go die".

I'm not sure if anyone would post their experiences publicly, but if anyone can PM me, I would greatly appreciate it.

Hi Merrygirl,

What else do they do for Lyme besides IV type things?

See, I've heard mixed things about them....so I was a bit concerned.

thanks so much.

I purchase my IV antibiotics and supplies through Infuserve (also IV Glutatione and LDN capsules). They have excellent customer service and work well with my LLMD's office.

Their shipments always arrive on time and cold (when necessary). They usually call to make sure that I have received my order without any problems. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable, pharmacists are helpful and caring.

Infuserve's out of pocket monthly cost is cheaper than my initial home health ins copays. If I had known this, I would have avoided using my insurance and the home health company. Now i'm stuck with some very large bills (ins refused after they said they would pay...). Wish I had gone with Infuserve from the start.

Hi Michael, I really love Infuserve. As others mentioned, my shipment always arrives on time and they work really well with my LLMDs office to get my order filled. They always call to check that my shipment has been received. The one time there was a slight mistake on my order, they really went above and beyond to make sure the situation was rectified.

I have worked with two other infusion supply companies in the past, and Infuserve truly makes my life easier and stress free in regard to my supply orders. I've just been really satisfied with their attention and care. On top of that, their pricing still beats any other company I've come across.

another option is to see if your prescription plan covers your iv drug (ceftriaxone) in powder form. you may be able to mix it yourself with saline and self administer if you have a picc line. ask you llmd if they will show you how to do it.
