For the past several days, the top of my right foot has been hurting. I can walk on it fine, but close to my ankle bone on the top of the foot is a bit swollen and painful.
Is this common with bartonella/lyme? I'm wondering if I can have a blood clot there?
Any suggestions?

Yeah, this is common in Lyme/Bartonella. If you get swelling, discoloration, and/or an engorged vessel, consider a blood clot. (Of course, these can all be Lyme/Bartonella, as well.) Always see a doc if you are concerned.
Are you on any blood thinners? Heparin, coumadin, aspirin, boluoke/lumbrokinase, nattokinase, Wobenzym? If not, consider taking an aspirin.
Most of us are on some kind of blood thinner. Talk to your LLMD about that.
I just started Boluoke. My concern about it is that I am on Cefprozil, and there is a warning about taking it with blood thinners.
However, my LLMD is the one prescribing everything.
It's my right foot that hurts, and my right leg has been feeling weak.
I'll have to call my local doctor today to ask a few questions. Hopefully, it's just the Bartonella.

There are warnings on many medications about not taking them with blood thinners. Mostly, these would apply to coumadin. If your LLMD is prescribing both, don't worry.
You have typical Bart symptoms, but call you doc and put your mind at ease.
