My doctor is a little frustrated with my slow or lack of progress and is putting on a full court press. I'm starting 1200 mg Omnicef, plus Rifabutin and Levaquin (regular doses) today. It's just for one week. I take 2 weeks off and repeat cycle.
Just feeling a little nervous about the Omnicef.

I take 1200 mg of Omnicef daily and it doesn't seem to hit me very hard. I often get a herx reaction when I switch meds and I didn't get any reaction when I switched from Bicillin/Flagyl to Omnicef/Rifabutin/Minocycline.
Sounds like we may have the same doc.
