Hey all,
I was reading through some of Dr. B's required Supp's for us to take.
He mentions NP Factor. Anyone take this? I have not and my doc has not recommended.
Plant oils? Fish oils? I have been taking Carlson's Cod Liver oil although he recommends another brand!? Any thoughts? I also eat raw flaxseed meal that I keep in the fridge but also just picked up some Barleans Mega Twin.
I notice he doesn't have Whey protein as required although some of us have dairy issues. However, whey is typically well tolerated.

For 39 bucks they make a great GREAT protein that is very clean and food-allergic friendly.
Or at a local nutrition store you might find Jay Rob's protein. Not too bad an option.
As for NT Factor... TF has stated many times that her now famous LLMD put hr on this when her WBC got low.
I take Xymogen's version of it (IgG 2000 DF)

Sorry, I meant NT Factor. My doc never mentioned NT Factor. Maybe I'll look for some. When her WBC got low? What is WBC? However, I have no fatigue....but do have CNS issues.
For plant protein...I like some Hemp protein....but I was looking to boost glutathione levels.

Thanks I'll see if I can find NT-Factor at Whole Foods or out local health food store.
How low do your WBC and RBC's need to be to be considered LOW? Mine are both below the range but barely outside the range. My doctor said they are close enoguh so doesn't worry.

I am not s big fan of Weston Price. I always take some form of fish oil and my main concern is mercury! Carlson's is supposed to be mercury free, but Dr B recommends a specific brand that uses Krill oil. I am concerned about mercury. It is almost impossible to avoid. I hate tuna but I eat it since I have to limit other foods and mercury free tuna is very expensive. I use American Tuna wild caught....from Whole Foods.
