Just recently had the cd3 bloodwork and it came back abnormal.....does anyone know what this means exactly?

hopefully someone will come along pretty soon and be able to send you a link explaining about this test.
The only thing I know about it is that your numbers need to be above 60 before stopping treatment or you will probably relapse. I think this is according to Dr. B's protocol.

the number was 14. the normal range is 0-8. This is not cd-57 test. It is a C3d. Still don't know what it means.....please help!

It means your body is fighting an invader. It is a inflammation marker ..not like a cytokine but different. It can be elevated. In Aids it is very low...in lyme it rises as the body is attacking something.
You will also see it in RA and other auto immune disorders.
