- I find on-going liver support the best. Rotating with Milk Thistle, NAC, Bupleurum, Dandelion, etc. Food, too, is one of the best best things to nourish and also take toxins back out of the body.
"Cleanses" and "Flushes" are just far too hard on my liver & kidneys.

The next 3 links below are from an excellent reference book for your book shelf. Generously, the authors have also made it possible to learn much at the site:
Once I got things cleared out, as Massman says, I maintain their health ..... I take milk thistle once in a while and other detoxifying herbs.
But the Hulda Clark and the Dr. Natura got them back into shape quickly.

I like Dr. Schulze's intestinal cleanse #2. #1 is a bit too strong for me but it may be useful for some people.
#2 is very useful for pulling toxins out of the intestines & colon.
I also think a good parasite cleanse is very helpful a few times a year. I just bought some cloves at the supermarket & put them in the coffee grinder. I've been taking 1/8 of a teaspoon. They work great along with the green, black walnut combo. For some reason, they stopped putting cloves in the one I usually buy.
You can try other brands to get variety of herbs. Humaworm & Raintree have some good ones but I haven't tried the Raintree brand, yet.
Coffee enemas can be useful on occasion. It really depends on one's particular health issues. Parasites are everywhere, though.

Best thing I have seen for cleaning is a roto-rooter with one of those stainless steel pot scrubbers (usually used by hand) attached to the end.
Could be used once a week or at least once a month for stomach and intestinal cleansing. If it gets stuck during a cleanse, you can back it out a bit using reverse and start slowly again. _______________________________________________ GOOFY POST DISCLAIMR: This is a goofy post, deliberately trying to get or help people do something called smile. sparkle have you read any of Dr. Schulze's books?
No, I just read the stuff on the internet about his concepts & theories. I'm not a "cult follower" so to speak.
I like that intestinal cleanse product.

I think the blessed herbs package is a bit too expensive for what you get. I don't generally like "all inclusive" product packages. I like to pick & choose my own treatments. Sometimes, you don't really need everything that is included.
It takes time to go through each cleanse - so, you don't really need to buy everything all at once.
It just depends on what your personal style is.
