Hi:
So started my 9th week of treatment. I really haven't detoxed at all.
I'm taking milk thistle, alpha lipoic acid, vitamins (multi, Super B complex, fish oil). I also take Theralac and PB8.
What else can I do to detox?

Chlorella is good but I think only if you have no amalgams.
I use an Infra Red Sauna and it is the best thing I've ever done for myself. You can get the cheap ones for under $200.00 but you need to start slow. I am currently using mine up to four times per week at about 137 degrees for 40 minutes.

My now famous lyme doctor told me to eat 4 lemons per day and drink plenty of water in order to detoxify. He said lemons were God's natural cleanser.
I never got up to 4 per day, but I cut up the lemons and squeezed them into water and kept a jug and just drank that all day long. It was my only drink. It worked wonderfully.
In the morning, if you want something hot, drink hot water with lemon squeezed into it. The rest of the day, you can have it cold or whatever you like.
You can't use bottled lemon juice. You must buy lemons.
To keep from getting yeast, he had me drink kefir. You have to buy kefir that does not have any sugar added to it, or make your own.
Kefir is in with the yogurt. It is like liquid yogurt, but much better than yogurt for repopulating the digestive tract with good bacteria.
Wish you the best. I got rid of lyme, babesiosis and bartonella by following my doc's instructions. I praise God every day for being rid of this disease! Over 5 years and counting.

I drink lemon water as well. If I drink too much, I get heartburn, so I pace myself.
I started dry skin brushing a few weeks ago. This is also supposed to help...at least somewhat.
