Due to circumstanses beyond my control, I will be without my abx for 2 weeks. I'm wondering if there should be anything I should watch for that might tip me off that the abx was working or not or anything else.
Any words of the wise?

I was off for 10 days and symptoms started creeping back. Been back on for 2 days and feeling better already.

If you have coinfections, symptoms will come back quicker than if you don't. My babesia symptoms would come back within three days, but if I started Mepron, the Lyme symptoms would stay away longer.

my symptoms came back immediately... maybe i have co-infections. aren't they really hard to test positive for though?

- It would be a good chance to load up on probiotics during that time.
Olive Leaf Extract (taken several hours away from probiotics) would be a good option to cover some of the bases a bit. -

Keebler-that's what I've been doing is loading up on probiotics...trying to build up whatever immune system I have left.
My pain is less since stopping abx..like an 8 instead of a 12 but overall I just feel icky.
