Labcorp: EBV VCA IGM - in range EBV VCA IGG - >8 pos being >1 EBNA - >8 pos being >1 Early Antigen <0.2 neg being <.9
HHV6 IGG 2.65 pos being >1.10
Sjogren's antibodies neg., as well ANA and Rh Factor.
Wondering if I can rule out re-activated EBV as cause of being so sick? I still worry about CFS where one does not have to have viruses ie EBV/HHV6. Hoping I can rule out Sjogren's. Just don't know how reliable these tests are. Ruling out the above does make me more convinced I have LD/Bart. Need to convince doctor. Again, only tests not normal are the IGG total and subclasses and elevated white blood cell count. Thoughts, please please please!

The ANA and the Sjogren's test should be reliable.I would not worry about this one.
IGG and subclasses has a great post and article you can use the search function. You have to follow up on those results with your doctor.
Sorry I can't help more, hopefully someone kicks in soon.

Please don't depend on tests to make or break a diagnosis. I know it is something most want to do, to have the "proof" and see it written down in black and white. But in this situation that is not possible.
The tests are not reliable. The immune system can be fighting A & B and not C, D or E... so you may have C,D and E but not know it till you knock down A and B.
Go by the history, symptoms and response to treatment or you will never feel totally "settled".
And I want you to feel settled. Worry will only make you worse.
