Do you ever get the feeling like a rod or knife is passing through your brain, but with no pain, just a weird feeling like something is penetrating your skull?

I had a feeling like this once when my head was on my pillow and my head actually jumped off the pillow when I felt the illusion of a stake or something going in near one ear and out near the other. There was no pain either.

I've experienced what i called "ice pick to the brain" several times, and it was VERY painful. Sharp, stabbing pain into my forehead just above the eyebrow or at my temple. May it not return!

I've been diagnosed with two Borrelia spp., Babesia duncani, and Bartonellosis. Do you think this symptom is from a BLO?

To those with the ice pick sensation ( I mean PAIN), for me it was a symptom of Iritis.

It did resolve with Levaquin so Bartonella?

Now if I even get a hint of it I use non steroidal eye drops ordered by my ophthalmologist.
