So...I'm a 6'2", broad shouldered, 35 yo male.
In January 2010 I weighted 237. I had a mission to lose 20-25 pounds just to get the gut off.
Lyme hit in Feb. By the time I was diagnosed in May I had lost 20 pounds. Since starting treatment I continue to lose weight. I'm now down to 205. I haven't weighed that since I was 20. That is a total loss of 32 pounds.
Don't get me wrong...I love that I have lost weight. But I continue to lose it no matter how much I eat. The diet is very restrictive. I'm having trouble getting calories. I eat a lot of dairy (which some say is a no no) just to get fat / calories. I have full milk or cream in my decaf coffee. I eat lots of cheese. I probably eat more corn based snacks than I should. and I STILL continue to lose.
Suggestions?

Are you off wheat and other carbs? When I drop off wheat I lose weight practically without trying.
Another possibility is a parasite. Your doc could order a stool test from Diagnos Tech.

Try dipping bread in olive oil. Adding coconut oil to almost anything, or even butter.
I bet some fats would help? That's my only suggestion. I don't have that problem...so I can't help beyond that.
Good luck!!!!

Well...I"m trying to eat a wheat free / flour free diet. Except for Fridays when I treat myself to Pizza to keep my sanity.
So no bread for me. I do have corn-based products (natural tortilla chips), etc, a lot.
Haven't been tested for parasites. I have been all over the world, including China / India so it is definitely possible that I have picked something up.

I keep losing too. In Jan when this hit I was 198 lbs and now I weigh 160 so I've lost 38 lbs and the scale keeps going down.
